At the start of our process, I also shared relevant literature and references to help the team establish a strong foundation for our design direction. I also synthesized user insights into visual deliverables that helped clarify our design rationale.

Explore correlations between emotions, consumer spending, and the impact of social media and targeted advertising and introduce reflective pauses in the buying process e.g. increased friction in payments or anticipating post-purchase regret
