Idolization
In a media-saturated world driven by consumerism, our desires are increasingly shaped by the curated images of celebrities and influencers. This project explores how digital content fuels idolization and influences consumption patterns by presenting idealized lifestyles as attainable truths. We conducted street interviews to engage directly with individuals about their personal icons, examining their thoughts on celebrity culture and how it shapes their aspirations and buying habits. Through these conversations, we aimed to uncover the deeper psychological and social impact of modern idolization.
