Design system audit and rebuild

Method

Token AuditStorybook SyncCursor

Manifest's design system had gotten hard to maintain. Hundreds of near-duplicate tokens for color, type, and spacing had piled up as the product scaled. I audited the full token set and rebuilt it around a smaller scale.

Using Cursor to keep Storybook and the front end in sync with the new tokens, the updated system shipped to a platform used by roughly 10,000 people daily.

At-a-glance case status for attorneys and PMs

Method

PrototypingAttorney Testing

I shipped a feature that gives attorneys and PMs an at-a-glance read on where a case stands, then iterated through several rounds of prototyping and validated it directly with attorneys in user testing. One line of feedback that stuck: the tool would be a real asset for their team once it was fully deployed.
